iscount Plumbing & Electric is proud of its twenty years of experience. Opening for business in 1979 at the Winchester location, the business was expanded to include a store located in Franklin in 1983. Destroyed by fire in 1987, the Winchester location was rebuilt and is still in use today, boasting a new showroom and warehouse. Local owners Jeff Davis and Mark Swafford bought the business in 1988. Responsible for the Winchester location facelift in 1997, the partners also expanded the Franklin location, opening a showroom in 1994 and purchasing an additional building in 1996. They plan to continue Discount Plumbing and Electric's longstanding tradition of offering quality service and products at competitive prices to its customers.
